ANNVILLE, Pa. - The Middle Atlantic Conference Office today released the 2022 MAC Fall Academic Honor Roll. The list is comprised of student athletes across the seven MAC fall sports who competed for a full season and registered a GPA of 3.20 or higher on a 4.00 scale.

ANNVILLE, Pa.- Eastern Cross Country began its 2023 season at the LVC Dutchmen Invitational on Saturday heat. Despite the heat, both teams performed well. The men finished in 9th out of 20 teams, while the women placed 10th out of 21.

DALLAS, Pa. - Eastern Cross Country rose early to travel up the Northeast Extension for the Cougar Classic hosted by Misericordia University. Rainy weather earlier in the week left the course in rough shape for Saturday's races. With the muddy conditions and unstable footing, personal records and remarkable times would take a back seat to racing. A heavy concentration of MAC teams used the race to preview the Championship course. The Eastern Men raced to a fourth place finish and the Women battled to seventh.

CENTER VALLEY, Pa. - Eastern Men's Cross Country put forth another strong showing on Saturday with a third-place finish out of 10 college teams at the DeSales Invitational. The young Eagles finished with 113 points and had a pair of runners finish in the top-25. Eastern executed their race plan to perfection in some wet and windy conditions.

GLASSBORO, N.J. - On a beautiful Saturday morning, Eastern Men's Cross Country competed in the always competitive NCAA Division III Metro Region Cross Country Championships at Dream Park. Two runners finished with personal best times in the race, and the Eagles placed 15th out of 25 teams, a seven-place improvement from last fall. For the Eagles, it was their third-best team finish at the event in program history after placing 9th in 2017 and 11th in 2018.
